Safer assembly of mobile scaffolding

By mid-2021, it will be manditory to assemble & disassemble mobile scaffolds in a safer way. Basically, hip rails must have been fitted before a platform can be entered. Custers has developed two methods for this: the Safe Guard method and the Mobile Guard method. Which method is the best for you and your mobile scaffold?

Safe Guard method: this handrail frame replaces hip and knee rail and a diagonal

  • Less loose parts in the scaffold and therefore easy to use;
  • Possible to position platforms in a wide mobile scaffold, only on the facade side;
  • Smart design combined with modest weight.

Mobile Guard method: this temporary advanced guardrail travels up & down during assembly & disassembly of the mobile scaffold

  • Optimal safety thanks to a fully closed platform every 2 meters in wide mobile scaffolds;
  • Existing horizontal en diagonal braces can still be used;
  • Lightweight and compact to transport.
